ENGINEERING
No other firm can match our professionalism and depth of knowledge.
How can we make this statement? The APCCO winery team utilizes six
engineers of which three are Registered Engineers in the State of
California. The team has been involved in winery refrigeration for
over 35 years with a combined experience in excess of 130
years.
INSTALLATION AND SERVICE
Additionally, our construction and shop fabrication superintendents,
field foremen and service technicians have been together as a
working team for over 20 years. The quality of the work they have
done is universally considered as “far and away, the best”. Their
customer-driven values, trade-craft and commitment to excellence
matches that of the wineries they serve.
CORPORATE STRENGTH
What’s left to put on the table? Our overall corporate strength.
Take one step back and see the larger picture of APCCO: the winery
refrigeration work we perform comes out of our “North Coast
Division” …which stands alongside four other divisions within
APCCO. Not only is the North Coast Division the largest winery
refrigeration group in the nation, it is a critical part of one of
the largest design-build refrigeration contractors in
the nation.
HANDLING
THE WINERY INDUSTRY’S “SEASONALITY”
What is the most difficult aspect of supporting the winery
industry’s refrigeration needs? It’s the seasonality! 80% of the
execution happens within a 4-5 month time frame! How do we handle
this? By having built a balanced and diversified total team
approach to it, by improving on that approach every year, and by
working hard through the fall and winter to be ready for your needs
in the spring and summer. It takes organization, discipline,
resources and the commitment to simply work as hard as it takes ---
for you --- to meet this particular challenge. We’re used to it, we
know what to expect and we have years of continuous success to show
for it.
HOW ARE
WE ORGANIZED?

Taken all together
this team consists of about 25 people. This is one
important measure of APCCO’s ~ and its North Coast Division’s ~
commitment to you and the winery industry’s refrigeration needs.
It is the measure no other company comes close to equaling.
THE
APCCO WAY
Finally, it’s not just the quantity of systems, years of service and
the size of the staff that get it done the APCCO way. It’s the
type of people we have, the values
we have adopted and the business ethics we live by here.
When you work with APCCO, you work with the best!
